Terms of Service

1. The service

myhomepage.me.uk lets you create, publish and customise a personal homepage at your own subdomain (and, on Pro, a custom domain). The service is provided as-is on a best-effort basis.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a licence to host, serve and display it. You’re solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish content that is:

• Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Infringing someone else’s intellectual property.
• Malware, phishing, or otherwise harmful.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Users can report content via the “Report” link on any page.

5. Subscriptions

The Pro plan is billed annually through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Pro benefits remain until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content published by users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
