myhomepage.me.uk (“we”, “us”) lets you build and publish a personal homepage. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. We keep it to a minimum.
Data we collect
Account data — email address, username, and a password hash (never your password in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we store your Google email and a token that lets you sign in again.
Your homepage content — the text, links, images and settings you add to your page. This is published publicly on your subdomain by design.
Usage analytics — a counter of visits to your public page (no visitor personal data, just a count).
Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we only store a Stripe customer/subscription identifier.
Technical data — IP addresses in server logs for security and rate-limiting, and a session cookie to keep you signed in.
How we use it
To provide your account and publish your homepage.
To send account emails (verification, password reset) via Resend.
To process Pro subscriptions via Stripe.
To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
Contract — providing the service you asked for.
Consent — marketing, if we ever do any (we don’t currently).
We keep your account and homepage for as long as it’s active. You can delete it at any time (see below), which removes your data. Page revision history is kept for up to 20 versions.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
Access, correct, or export your data (in Settings → “Download my data”).
Delete your account and all associated data (in Settings → “Delete account”).
Withdraw consent or object to processing.
Email us at the address in the footer to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
